2. Eligibility and accounts

3. Shipping information and customer responsibilities

Pickup, transit, and delivery times are estimates unless we expressly offer a written service guarantee. Delays may result from weather, customs, incorrect addresses, recipient availability, security checks, carrier disruptions, or events outside our reasonable control.
7. Claims, refunds, and limited liability
Claims and refund requests must include reasonable supporting documents and be submitted within the time stated for the applicable service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for loss of or damage to a shipment is limited to the declared value, purchased coverage, or other limit disclosed for that service.
